Rental prices

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

• Rates are quoted in Euros and payments should be made directly into our French bank account. Payments also accepted by bank / credit card.

• Payment & cancellation: A booking deposit of 50% is payable on reservation - this is non refundable, the balance due the day before arrival will be retained in case of cancellation or no show.
• Damages deposit of €500 is pre-authorised on a credit card to be unblocked within 7 days of departure.

• Not included in the above price:
  • taxe de sejour 5.5% of the nightly rate for over 18's only. Amount calculated on reservation.
